Dylan Klein
PPL and ATPL Tutor
Hello! My name is Dylan, and I am from the USA. I am a student in a flight school located in Madrid, Spain. I currently have my CPL and about to start my Flight Instructor's course.
I started my flying career in 2020 right after the beginning of COVID-19. With social gatherings being limited, I dedicated the majority of my time to studying all I could about aviation. This helped me complete my ATPL exams quickly, as I learned many tricks that help with studying and answering questions while also providing a good understanding of the concept.
Fortunately, my flight school offered me a position originally as a tutor, but after reviews of other students, have offered me a job teaching ATPL level classes. I am quite grateful as I love teaching others and seeing the instant that they understand a concept they once thought was difficult to understand.
I love theory based subjects such as performance and principles of flight, as it allows you to really use your knowledge to come to the correct answer. Those subjects are the very base of understanding why and how a plane acts the way it does. I am also good with math subjects, such as flight planning and mass and balance. Ironically, I was never a math student in school, but being forced to learn and master these subjects, I have come up with wonderful solutions and formulas to help people of all levels succeed!
